Due to the low material temperature and the incompatibility between resin and attachments when the molten materials are separated and merged, the fusion of the molten materials is poor, and obvious fine seam lines are generated along the surface or inside of the plastic parts.
Because the melt does not flow neatly along the mold surface to fill the cavity, but flows in a semi solidified wave shape on the cavity surface or the melt has stagnant flow.
